Because of the nature of autocross events, refunds for events are generally not given.  However, we want everyone to have fun and enjoy coming out and getting their money's worth. 

Refunds are normally offered in form of a credit for the next regular event.  You will be given a card that will be good for the next event you attend.  YOU MUST PRESENT THIS CARD AT THE NEXT EVENT.  No exceptions. 

If you paid for but are not able to attend or start an event, we will credit you for the next regular event.  However,  if you make one time run and have a mechanical problem or must leave for whatever reason, you are not eligible for a credit.

For two driver cars, if one driver receives timed runs and then has a mechanical causing the other driver not to receive any, this does not entitle anyone to a credit.

If an event must be suspended or canceled do to weather after it had already begun, anyone not receiving any timed runs will receive a credit.

All events are held rain or shine.  However events can be canceled for the following reasons.

1) Sever or in climate weather.
2) Temperature below 45 degree.
3) Unforeseen or emergency use of the facility.

We will always post an cancellation prior to any event on both the web site and forum by Noon the day prior to an event.  ALWAYS CHECK THE WEB SITE BEFORE LEAVING FOR AN EVENT.
